We can take credit card payments in person or over the
phone.
For regular payments download
the credit card authorisation form, complete the form and
send it to CMInternet.
Please note: No surcharge for invoices under $500.00 Over $500.00 there is 2% Surcharge for credit cards and 1% Surcharge for Bank Cards
