your privacy. From 21 December 2001, the Commonwealth Privacy
Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 came into effect ('the
Act'), which sets out a number of principles concerning the
confidentiality and security of personal information obtained

Computers Mobile holds and from time to time will
collect personal information from customers including amongst
other details, names, addresses and email addresses of its
members only.
Computers Mobile may use all of the details it obtains
from you to advise of special offers and to facilitate normal
business operations.
Computers Mobile will not sell or disclose its customer
lists containing personal information to third parties unless
required by law. Computers Mobile may disclose your
personal information to third parties who process personal
information on their behalf.
Any information gathered will only be used for these purposes
and Computers Mobile will not use or disclose your
information in any other way without your consent or as permitted
by the Act. If you do not wish to provide the details requested,
Computers Mobile may not be able to market products
and services of Computers Mobile which may be of interest
to you.
